What Deltazalpha does — in plain language
Deltazalpha is a boutique real estate agency based in Kitale, Trans-Nzoia County, Kenya. We help individuals, families, and businesses buy, sell, rent, and value property across Kitale and the surrounding county. Unlike high-volume agencies that measure success in listing numbers, we measure ours in completed transactions where both sides felt fairly represented. Our team is deliberately small — never more than a handful of people at any one time — which means every client speaks directly with someone who knows the local market, has visited the properties in question, and can give an honest, considered opinion rather than a rehearsed sales line. We don't operate outside our area of expertise. If a request falls outside Trans-Nzoia County and we don't have the on-the-ground knowledge to advise well, we say so clearly rather than pretend otherwise.
How we work — and what we won't promise
Since opening in 2017, Deltazalpha has completed over 120 property transactions across Kitale's residential, commercial, and agricultural segments. That track record didn't come from advertising every available plot in Trans-Nzoia — it came from building relationships with landowners, lawyers, surveyors, and county officials who share our commitment to clean, documented transactions. Our process starts with listening: we spend time understanding what you're actually looking for, your budget constraints, your timeline, and — critically — what you're prepared to walk away from. We then present a short, considered list rather than a long speculative one. Where valuations are concerned, we draw on transaction data we have personally observed in Kitale's sub-markets, including Milimani, the CBD fringe, Endebess Road, and Kiminini. We do not promise that a property will appreciate at a specific rate — property markets move for reasons that no single agency can control, and we believe anyone who guarantees specific returns is misleading you. What we can promise is thorough research, transparent communication, and a relationship that continues after the paperwork is signed.

Every property visited
No property enters our portfolio on the basis of photographs alone. A member of our team visits every site before it is listed. What you read in our portfolio descriptions reflects what we actually saw, not what the seller told us to write.
Direct, honest communication
If the asking price is too high, we tell you. If we think a property won't suit your needs, we say so. We'd rather lose a commission than recommend something that causes you regret six months later.
